Our Story
We started Familora because families deserve a calmer way to stay organised
Education and organisation, not advice. Warmth, not pressure. A steady hand through the paperwork of family life.

The thinking behind Familora
Familora grew out of a simple observation: when families go through change — whether that is a move, a separation, a bereavement, or simply the slow accumulation of paperwork — the practical side of things often falls into chaos at exactly the moment when calm is most needed.
The founders, who between them have backgrounds in adult education, operations management, and facilitation, spent several years running workshops and one-to-one sessions in Bangkok before formally establishing Familora in 2022. The name reflects the idea of family life as something worth tending to with care — like a garden.
Our work has always been firmly educational and organisational. We help people understand what they have, where it is, and how to talk about it. We do not make decisions for families, represent them in any formal process, or offer advice in regulated fields. That boundary is intentional and we think it matters.
Today, Familora serves individual households across Bangkok and also works with a small number of organisations through our B2B advisory offering — helping HR teams, community groups, and social enterprises develop their own family-support programmes.
Our Mission
To give families clear, practical tools for organising their shared documents and talking through difficult topics — so they can move forward without needing to rely on us.
Our Vision
A Bangkok where every household has a simple, shared filing system and where families feel equipped to have the conversations that matter — calmly and with kindness.
Our Values
- · Clarity over complexity
- · Warmth without overstepping
- · Education that empowers
- · Scope that stays honest

How We Work
Standards we hold ourselves to
Scope Integrity
Every session is explicitly scoped to general education and organisation. We do not comment on legal, financial, or therapeutic matters and we will always say so plainly if a question falls outside our scope.
Information Privacy
Household details discussed in sessions are treated with care. We collect only what is needed, store it appropriately, and do not share it with third parties outside what is described in our Privacy Policy.
Material Accuracy
All handbooks, index sheets, and curriculum materials are reviewed regularly. We update them when general processes or best practices change and always flag that our materials are informational, not instructional in a regulated sense.
Communication Standards
We respond to all enquiries within one working day. Session summaries are provided in writing within three working days. We do not use pressure tactics or follow-up approaches that feel unwelcome.
Facilitation Ethics
Workshop facilitators follow a code of conduct built on impartiality, confidentiality within the session, and respect for every participant. We do not take sides in household disagreements.
Continuous Improvement
We gather feedback after every session and use it to improve our materials and approach. Our programmes are refined twice a year based on what families and organisations tell us actually helps.
Expertise & Context
Family administration support in Bangkok
Bangkok households managing shared paperwork — whether that involves property documents, household registrations, insurance policies, or educational records — often struggle with a simple problem: nothing has a clear home. Documents get filed in different places, or not filed at all. When something important is needed, it cannot be found. Familora addresses this through structured, session-based document organisation that results in a system the whole household can use and maintain.
Our communication workshops draw on established frameworks from adult education and facilitated dialogue. They are not therapy, not mediation, and not individualised counselling. They are educational experiences that introduce families to practical techniques: how to hold a difficult conversation without it escalating, how to check for understanding before responding, how to distribute information fairly across a household with different communication preferences.
For organisations operating in Thailand's family services, HR, or community development sectors, our B2B advisory offers a structured way to develop internal programmes without starting from scratch. We bring curriculum design expertise and an operational understanding of what families actually find helpful — grounded in several years of direct session delivery in Bangkok.
