Definitions
"Familora" / "we" / "us" — the business operating at 96 Ratchadaphisek Road, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand.
"Service" — any session, workshop, advisory engagement, or website feature provided by Familora.
"User" / "you" — any individual or organisation accessing our website or booking a service.
"Content" — all text, materials, templates, handbooks, and resources produced by Familora.
"Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, as updated from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Service Description
Familora offers three core services, all delivered in Bangkok, Thailand, unless otherwise agreed:
Shared Filing Setup — ฿3,500
A 2–3 hour in-person session to help a household create a well-organised home for their important documents. Includes a folder kit and index sheet. Purely organisational in nature.
Family Communication Basics Workshop — ฿10,000
A half-day group workshop introducing communication tools for families. Includes exercises and a reference handbook. General education only, not personalised advice.
Education Delivery Advisory (B2B) — ฿32,500
A 3–4 week advisory engagement supporting organisations in designing family-focused education programmes. Includes curriculum support and an operations plan.
None of our services constitute legal advice, financial advice, psychological therapy, or any regulated professional activity.

Your Responsibilities
When using our website or services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when making an enquiry or booking.
- Use our services and content for personal, household, or internal organisational purposes only.
- Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.
- Treat facilitators and other participants with respect during any session or workshop.
- Not use our website in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our service materials — including text, imagery, handbooks, templates, and worksheets — is the intellectual property of Familora or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials received as part of a booked service for your own household or organisation's internal purposes. This licence does not permit resale, redistribution, or use in third-party programmes without our written consent.
For B2B advisory clients, specific content usage rights will be set out in your engagement agreement.

Payment Terms
Currency: All prices are in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment timing: Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation unless a separate arrangement has been made in writing.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 5 business days before a session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 5 business days may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made with adequate notice.
B2B engagements: Payment milestones for advisory engagements are agreed separately at the point of engagement.

Service-Specific Terms
Sessions & Workshops
- Participants should arrive on time; sessions will begin as scheduled.
- Session materials are provided on the day and are for participant use only.
- Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior written consent.
B2B Advisory
- Scope, deliverables, and timelines will be confirmed in a separate engagement letter.
- Reasonable revisions to deliverables are included; significant scope changes may require a revised proposal.
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of information shared during the engagement.

Disclaimers
Our services are educational and organisational in nature. They do not constitute legal advice, psychological counselling, financial guidance, or any other form of regulated professional service.
Information shared during sessions reflects general principles and publicly available knowledge. Familora does not represent that outcomes will be achieved from attending a session or workshop.
Our website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Familora's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services or these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of data, income, or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Termination
Either party may cancel a booking in accordance with the cancellation terms in Section 6. For B2B engagements, termination procedures are set out in the engagement letter.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where behaviour is disrespectful, misleading, or inconsistent with our values. In such cases, we will consider a fair refund for services not yet delivered.

Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be referred to informal resolution by contacting us at [email protected].
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These terms, together with any engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between us.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our written consent.

Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify existing customers of material changes. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
